Property Refurbishment – Electrical Work by ECEC

In January 2022 ECEC stared working with 7Plus7 Construction (Homebuilders) Ltd on the property refurbishment of a 7 bedroom property, on the outskirts of Edinburgh.  The inside of the property is being completely stripped back, with the assistance of ECEC’s Electricians.

The initial phase of this project involved:-

  • Reviewing the floor plans of the property and planning the work, and setting timescales for this phase in line with the builders/joiners.
  • First fix tasks which involves stripping out all the old wiring and all sockets, light switches and light fittings and further in-built wiring.

Second Fix Tasks

  • The second fix tasks involved installing the lighting the socket face plates.
  • This property chose exclusive face plates and installed downlights, chandeliers as well as external lighting.

Project Completion

  • This project completed in January 2023, due to the property being completely renovated.
